Vivid Artistry

She was a woman of
vivid emotions,
artistic renditions,
and bold strokes
dwelled deep in some magical potion

He was a man lost in her enamor
scrawling endlessly,
sketching passionately,
painting vigorously,
putting forward a vague attempt
to arrest her shining countenance
in the universe of his desirous thoughts

  1. Some of the old style painters from many life times ago were known to have some sorts of mental disorders. Where they actually painting a real live lady or did a being from the other level down come up to take her position for the artist ?

  2. A wonderful description, brings about creative imagination of the man & woman….
That’s the power of words 👍

  3. Beautiful Shontanu. I hope he managed it in the end. I concur with calmkate that this is much easier to read. I never saw your response when you were asked why you put some words in bold or italics. I thought it must be because you did something that we used tondo in my writing group. We would get a ductionary and clise our eyes and point at a word. We used about seven wirds usually. Then we had to incorpirate them into a poem. It was quite interesting. Is that what you were doing?

  4. Shontanu, thankyou for explaining. I can see what you mean now. Yes, it was a good idea. Whatver you do anyway, it is alk good. Smile

  5. It is just goid to read your pietry however you do it. It isvreak fun though, poiting at words in a ductionary and seeing what kind of a piem you can make out of the. It can end up quite funny too lol

  6. “YOU ARE KILLING IT”
