Somewhere Else

Confab With Me

He confined her within the four walls,
And assumed he had clamped her down,
he touted claiming her,
but her nomad heart
could never be traced down.

For she was meant for the skies,
and for the moon,
and every place
where a wanderer could be

Her physical self was caged,
but her soul
still reposing,
liberated and free

  1. Beautifully quoted….
    A wanderer soul,
    All set to explore…
Can never be caged…nor shackles can fade it’s spirit !!!

  2. You can never win a heart by binding them. The soul is free it’s not bound to anyone. It can explore to any length and you wouldn’t be able to hold it nor you can stop it.
    Beautifully portrayed. 😊
