Breaking Dawn

The dawn cracked the twilight with a roar,
the charcoal laden shadows resisted,
but failed to arrest the pewter skies,
and an occult blend of cerulean, azure and turquoise hue
slipped through the crevice
painting the world with some vivid artistry,
it was surreal,
universe gyrating,
tenor uplifting,
genial smiles spreading,
a renewed hope took birth in her sparkle,
and slowly but surely she shed away her ostensible self
detaching from the illusion world
