The Sunshine Blogger Award

I always drag my feet whenever I am recommended by someone to participate in awards. I am not an award person as I like to write what my mind says. Defined questions cage me and I detest any type of constraints 😂

So far I have responded to two Quote challenges one from Richa and other from Atifa, for they provided me the freedom to write my own quotes 😛

I may have unknowingly hurt many fellow bloggers because of my callous approach. I want to first apologize to all those who have recommended me and I didn’t bother to acknowledge or respond. They say it is never too late to correct one’s mistake. So, here I am with my first response to an award. I will try my best to honor everything that will come my way.

This is my first Sunshine blogger award. Thanks to the ispeakloudthoughts for recommending me.  If you have not checked out her blog, please do, for she writes some amazing life lessons, deviant thoughts, and mesmerizing words.

People who cannot respect women and elders. Not offering the seat to an elderly/women while traveling on public transport really offends me.

Besides family, books are and will be my best friend. I usually read two books at a time currently I am reading Room by Emma Donoghue  and The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson

  • Favorite quote

I will mention one of my own written favorite quotes:

  • Do you believe in second chances

Absolutely, we should not be too harsh on people. But when life offers the second chance make sure you make it count.

  • A message to your younger self

I should have spent more times with my dad. I lost him when I was just 25. I still miss him so much.

  42. Congrats and I enjoy reading your responses. I usually read 2-3 books at a time. I read Room and disliked it, but I hope that you’re enjoying it much more than I did.
