For She May not Survive Another Storm

Don’t snatch that hope away from her
for if you leave her broken again
you might leave her in a state of despair
shattered to pieces
dissolving in oblivion
and she will never be able to braid her
scars again
so think twice before you embrace her,
for if you decide to leave
she may not survive another storm

  1. Even if for a moment she thinks that she can’t survive the storm, she will know soon that she can. Sometimes people don’t realize the harm they do and we can’t make anyone stay. 🙂 Yet life goes on. Still I wish people understood the value of their presence.
You tap into so many beautiful emotions, your poetry tells us how understanding you are and that in this world full of misinterpretations is a blessing.❤️
