Nurture Hope

Read Shaurya’s take on hope through the eyes of a sailor

The sailors were lost
In the middle of the sea
The storm clouds were hovering over
They were not filled with glee

There were eddies and waves
At every corner
It was luring the abject sailors
Further away from the bay

A normal man would scream and shout
They would give up the hope, question everything, and doubt
But the sailors were different
Hope was still on their mind

And with that faith, they were determined not to give up
They adjusted the mast and aligned the sails
They tried to find the shores
And they never gave up, for they were brave

And after many failures and tries
They made it back, to their dwelling in their home

So one should never give up, we should always nurture hope
