She was in Love

You said you are in love
with smiling eyes
and a teary glow,
with hope laced thoughts
and brandishing your brave soul

And all I could do was
assume quietude,
as if held in some awe,
captivated by a spell,
thinking how you weaved
so many myriad thoughts
in one simple verse of love
