Sure, she was anarchic,
unruly and wild,
never following the script
of the social charade
Sure, she was a rogue
divergent from the usual,
bearing a wayward walk,
never agreeing to the usual path
Sure, she was not meant to be caged,
a free-spirited smile
a rampant soul
with her only set rules
You thought you could tame her,
held her your hostage and
get your words
followed to the hilt
And now that you failed,
you are flustered
and are in a rage,
but I pity you,
for you’re naive,
who could abate the storm
that was brewing deep
in her thoughts
and she sailed way
