Though Gormless yet Blithe

He grinned with a shriek growl
protruding his uneven tainted teeth,
his words displayed uncouthness,
garnishing hatred
he was considered extreme displeasure amongst his milieu

He walked with a limp,
and with a dilapidated appearance
he held his murky gray kirtle with one hand
so that he can prohibit
any accidental descends

The world detested him,
dreaded his presence,
called him gormless
and tarnished his fame

But he didn’t care,
he still laughed the way he wished,
wore his worn out chiton with pride,
spoke to his milieu without prejudice
and worried less and passed more smile,

And he embraced the world
the way he desired
and never nurtured hatred,
for indifference never worried him

And I in complete awe
called him the  blithest soul
I had ever know

  1. Such a meaningful composition👌👌👌
It’s sad that a person is mostly judged by the outer physical appearance rather than his/her inner beauty. And I love this man coz he doesn’t stop to be beautiful just becoz the world is ugly towards him👏
