For A Better Tomorrow

The climb was too steep
nothing was visible
beside the rugged terrain and the wild shrubs
there were no paths,
pebbles and rocks encroached the place
and the scorching heat
was adding misery to the wildernesses cast
the feet were giving up,
and the eyes dwindled
but the heart nurtured hope
for it knew beyond the peak,
across the wilderness
there exists a world
where happiness flourish,
where skies are cerulean blue,
where it is blithe,
no hatred
hence he thrived and continued his climb
