Mount Equinox

Hey folks, hope your weekend is going great. I am in Vermont for a family weekend getaway. Today we drove up to the mount Equinox Sky-drive, got inspired and wrote the following lines. Hope you will like it

In the folds of your vastness
in the crevices of your ruggedness
in the boldness of the ibexes,
and the defiant ascend of the evergreen trees,
in the quietness of nature
in the calmness of the eerie
lies the pride of Vermont
the mighty display of mount Equinox decree

  11. I’m thinking of Brits in France or Spain eating full English breakfasts and wearing Union Jack shorts. Or rich exiles in Dubai. You see travel narrows the mind. I’m English. As Morrissey said “Irish blood/English heart”. I don’t wanna reveal my precise location. – the most interesting place I’ve been to is Russia or possibly Tel Aviv.

  15. I have passed through Vermont on my way to Montreal driving up from New Jersey in fall of 2017. Unfortunately that year fall was late, so I was deprived. Did not stay there though.
