She brandished her elated state
through her doe shaped eyes,
and the twinkle that graced her smile
sparkled the otherwise barren world with hope,
and the flowers bloomed,
the birds chirped,
the rain possessed the petrichor fragrance,
for the universe came alive,
such was the power in her beautiful smile
