Passing Thoughts

The sky had a different shade of blue, It was the turquoise one that dazzled in the bright afternoon sun blinding my eyes. The feathery thin white cloud scattered sparsely over the horizon, and when I watched the white patches for long, I saw patterns of faces and shapes. Like the Pinnochio’s nose protruding into oblivion. And then between the various morphed images, I saw a blurry face of a long lost friend, beaming with the same curious enigmatic eyes, that used to put me into a spin.  And all of a sudden, the days from yore stood next to me teasing me from yonder.

  1. Pinnochio’s nose 🤩😍 I loved that lesson of my English textbook in 5th grade the most🤩 thank you so much for writing this beautiful imaginative description of clouds with lots of analogies.

  2. Unfortunately we had only one lesson and thereafter I never thought that there would be more stories available outside the textbook 😅 anyways thanks for bringing the memories of Pinocchio back after so many years.💕
