The night was pitch dark as if someone had smeared asphalt on the endless canvas. Nothing was visible, not even my own mein. And caught in the esoteric absurdity, my laconic self held the totem on my wrist close to my heart, assuming it would allay the brewing consternation. But when fear rules, the taciturn beliefs plunges into abyss. It was a downward spiral, pulling me into in a ravine, and despite my sincere effort the eerie silence screamed with an eldritch tone. To distract the subvert mind I closed my eyes and tried hard to replay the idyll times. More I tried, more pretentious thoughts crisscrossed my mind. And then the nuisance paused, as if the forage come to an end. And despite the egregious circumstances, a genial smile graced my visage. The darkness, the venal aura, the capricious mind, all vanished, for the tactile touch of her words suddenly brushed my heart. And then I smiled, shinning bright in the abstruseness of the night.
