Again You Came

Again the mist touched my visage,
again the autumn leaves listlessly brushed my soul,
again the pewter skies smiled through scattered hues
again all such Midas touch
brought your memories back out of the blue

My Story, Fifty Dollar Bill Published in Indian Periodical

Ckonfab

Friends hope you all are having an amazing weekend. Maybe you didn’t know, here is a small trivia about me. I love writing fiction. Stories of all kind – flash fiction, short stories, proses, novella, anything that can make my mind run wild😀. Some of you may know I wrote one full-length book( currently in the last stage of editing) and writing my second book in parallel😀. On WP I have not published any of my stories, maybe some proses but not stories. Mostly because I was saving them for the publications😜.

Today, I am happy to let you know that one of my stories got published in Indian Periodical. It is a work of fiction but inspired by an incident that happened in real life. You can find the link below. Please read and let me know what you think. It will be great if you can leave your…

Surging Force

She held my thoughts at a distance,
away from her throbbing heart,
for her innocuous self
seldom could resist the divine pull.

But she was naive,
for who can tame a surging ocean,
a seismic jolt,
a charismatic smile,
and fragrance in the wild

and the time was not far
when walls would dissolve
the cracks would fill
and love would get its fair chance

Your Eyes Won’t Show

Ckonfab

The storm you carry in your heart
bulging inside you over time
and when it goes over the brim
it explodes your soul into many pieces
shattered and dispersed
rattled and flustered
aghast and lost
but despite such turmoil
your eyes won’t show

Delirious Heart

And when I somehow consoled my mind
not to get into the ravine of her abstruseness
scurrying away from her fleeting thoughts,
suppressing the pang,
and all uncalled surging emotions
to put forth a cordial demeanor
to please the world
she showed up
as if nothing changed
and before I can brace myself
she vanished into oblivion again

Ostentatious Bond

When you need to watch your words,
weigh every thought to ensure you are not hurt,
when there exists heart wrenching silence,
like an eerie clouding some devilish night,
you know time has come
to snap such ostentatious bond

Love Letters

Ckonfab

She read the loved laced letters
in the pretext of reading a book,
and the love notes
hidden between those leaves
gave her visage a deviant glow
and despite the paced heartbeats
and a flickering mind
she soared to a state of alacrity
