She Soared

Her eyes had no space for scruple of any shade,
Even the looming perilous couldn’t bother her candor’s charm,
The belief in her prescient was what she possessed,
And she soared high spreading her elegant arms.

And a fading whiff was left behind for others to behold for a lifetime.

Hope beyond Adversity

Dancing wild in some boisterous thunderstorm,
Disheveled and scattered,
Draped in darkness,
Lost in the canvas of wilderness,
The raindrops fighting hard to sustain the squall.

And when the gale abates,
The fortitude prevails despite broken scape,
Those millions of helpless drops come together to form a gushing stream,
Flowing with vigor,
Defeating the ostensible destruction.
